These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TexInspec, Inc. (“TexInspec,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and services, and your enrollment in our text-messaging program. By using our website or services, or by consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
Services
TexInspec provides home and property inspection services and related communications. Specific services, scheduling, and fees are described at the time you engage us. Inspection reports reflect the condition of the property observed at the time of inspection and are subject to the terms of your inspection agreement.
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive operational and transactional text messages from TexInspec — such as appointment confirmations, scheduling and arrival windows, report delivery, follow-ups on your inspection, and, for inspectors, job assignments and reminders.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time; you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To resume, reply START.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from, or working with, TexInspec.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Third-party service providers
TexInspec may refer you to, or share your contact information with, third-party service providers for value-added offers (such as home alarm system offers), as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not apply to the mobile number and consent you provide for our text-messaging program, which are never shared. You may request in writing that we not share your contact information with a third-party service provider.
Intellectual property
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and reports, is owned by or licensed to TexInspec and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in your inspection agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TexInspec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or the text-messaging program.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services, or continued participation in the text-messaging program, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
