My clients have used TexInspec on the majority of their purchases. From each of my clients and myself, there isn't a complaint one. If we run into an issue, TexInspec is quick to help fix it.
Reports are immediate, full, complete and easy to read. Inspectors have always been friendly and very professional. I will continue to recommend TexInspec to my buyer clients. Thank you!

Travis was great! Communicated when on way, checked with us to see about possible additional inspections needed that we had missed and followed up with a very helpful and informative inspection report. Highly recommend Travis Galvan with Texinspec!

Tim was very thorough, I’m happy with my inspection services. The additional sewer scope really brought a peace of mind as well.

Dale was very professional and helpful during the inspection. He gave me a full explanation of his findings; everything was really easy to understand. He spent over four hours inspecting everything. I completely trust his work and will recommend him for his expertise and experience.

Five stars to Liam on a job thoroughly done. He takes his work seriously, and it shows. I felt peace of mind—receiving not just a well-done inspection but also additional insights. Request Liam for your next home inspection!

We are first time home buyers and have no idea what were doing when it comes to home inspections and what to look for. I just know I wanted a very in depth comprehensive inspection. I asked our inspector, Jeremiah Smith, to explain everything to us thoroughly and give us his candid thoughts as if it were his own home. Jeremiah conducted a phenomenal inspection and was very thorough when explaining everything to us. Between his inspection and speaking to us afterwords he probably spent 4-5 hours at our house. He answered all our questions and allowed us to feel confident with moving forward with our home purchase. He was also kind and did not talk down to us for not knowing anything. lastly, he emailed us the full inspection report the same day which was very helpful to be able to quickly start discussing with our realtor. We will definitely be using TexInspec again in the future and asking for Jeremiah!
