Scheduling and Coordination:
Manage the scheduling of inspection services, coordinating with clients, inspectors, homeowners, and others.
Managing a calendar of multiple inspectors and numerous appointments to promote the highest level of satisfaction of inspectors and clients.
Customer Communication:
Explain the value that we bring to clients who are looking to schedule their inspections, including services, pricing, and unique selling points.
Serve as the primary contact for clients who need to manage their inspection, i.e. reschedule, add on services, make a payment, etc.
Serve as the primary contact for team members in the field.
Project Management:
Work on daily, weekly, and monthly projects in the office such as material assembly, emails, phone calls, etc.
Tracking and reporting on per call, daily and weekly numbers..
Qualifications/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Experience in sales is a plus
Most important is a willingness to learn and the emotional fortitude to be persistent without being pushy
Skills:
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and great phone etiquette.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work quickly and effectively with outstanding customer service
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work closely with your fellow team members and members of other departments.
Proficient in basic computing softwares.
