Every TexInspec Inspection follows the TREC standards.  These include structural systems, mechanical systems, and appliances. 

Structural Systems inspected include the roof, foundation, and walls (interior and exterior).

Mechanical Systems inspected include electrical, heating and air conditioning, and plumbing.

Appliances Systems inspections include functional testing of all appliances within accepted tolerances.

Termite Inspections: All Termite Inspections include our Termite Protection Plan (Termite and Carpenter Ant Warranty). You Receive 90 days Free of the Termite Protection Plan.

Gas Line Leak Tests: Many gas systems have small leaks in the gas delivery systems and components. Your premier inspector will use highly sensitive natural gas an/or propane testing equipment do determine the presence of potential leakage at accessible portions of the gas supply system.

Sprinkler System Inspections: We will check for appropriate check valve placement, total zones used, water pressure, and broken heads.

Swimming Pool / Spa Inspections: We will check for leaks at the equipment, condition of skimmers, pool sweep, bonding of electrical circuits, GFCI's, lights, functional test of spa and pool, and heaters.
